It depends on where you are! Orders processed within Canada will take an estimated 4-7 business days to arrive. Deliveries going to the United States can take anywhere from 7-21 business days. Delivery details will always be provided in your confirmation email.
Canada: Taxes are applied at check-out according to the province of the shipping address provided.
United States: Taxes are applied at check-out according to the state of the shipping address provided. For all orders shipping to the United States, there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for, all orders are declared at their full purchase value. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Please keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include a Canada Post or USPS tracking number. If you can’t find your shipping confirmation, please double check your spam or junk folder, as sometimes they can slide in there.
Returns & Exchanges
Regular priced merchandise can be exchanged within ten days from the date your order was delivered. Please ensure that all returns are unworn, and have no signs of damage. All original tags must be attached.
We suggest returning your products in the original packaging, however as long as they are padded and well protected you can pack them as you wish!
Please note, all custom orders and sale items are final.
Once your return is received, your account will be credited within 1-2 business days. If you are making an exchange, your order will be shipped within this same time frame.
If you are making your return in-store, upon exchange, a store credit will be issued which can be used at any of our shops including: Silver Lotus, Rooster and Small Mercies.

Our apologies! Our jewelry is made by skilled artisans around the globe, by hand. As such, we understand there can be manufacturer defects in product material or workmanship.
Not to worry! Please send us a photo, along with your order details, to firstname.lastname@example.org, and someone from our team will be happy to further assist.

10kt & 14kt Gold:
Solid gold is a precious metal that will not oxidize or discolor since it is the least reactive metal, the 10 - 14kt alloy gives the pieces their beautiful, subtle finish.
To clean your gold piece, we suggest filling a bowl with warm water and a couple of drops of dish soap. Immerse your piece in the solution and let them soak for 15 minutes. After soaking, run your piece under warm water to remove any residue and pat dry.
If you want to bring the shine back into your piece, you can always take a polishing cloth and gently rub against the material.
Vermeil is a material with a sterling silver base plated with layers of 14k gold.
We suggest avoiding getting your piece wet, or having them come into contact with chemicals. This means you should take your piece off before showering, swimming, exercising, etc., you get the idea?!
You can always clean your piece by buffing it gently with a dry cloth, and storing it for safe keeping in soft pouch.
We work with 925 Sterling Silver, which is an alloy composed of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% copper.
Sterling silver requires minimal care. It may darken over time but you can easily polish your pieces back to new.
You can use a soft jewellers polishing cloth on your jewelry to remove the tarnish and achieve that shiny, mirror finish. You can also create a paste by mixing baking soda and warm water. Rub this mixture over your pieces, then rinse off with warm water and pat dry.
It all depends on the creator and the product. All options are outlined on the product page, so please look out for customization options there.
Each piece will be wrapped with extra care in one of our signature Silver Lotus gift boxes. During checkout, please make sure to indicate which piece is a gift and we'll make sure to include a gift receipt.
We want to make unboxing a special moment for everyone, even when it's a gift for you! We may combine multiple items into one box to reduce packaging waste, so please do indicate which items need to be wrapped separately.
Definitely! We offer physical gift cards that can be used towards purchases in store, or online.

We ask all guests to please refrain from touching products when possible (we know it’s hard), but we would be oh so very appreciative of this!
