I placed my order, what happens next? 
  • We do our very best to have your order shipped within two business days from today's date. 

Where do you ship to? 

  • Canada, The United States, Europe, Australia & New Zealand. 

How will my order be shipped? 

  • For all Canadian orders we ship with any of the following carriers: Canada Post, Canpar, FedEx, Loomis Express & Purolator. 
  • For all US orders we ship with any of the following carriers: Canada Post, Canpar, Purolator & FedEx. For Canada Post shipments the order is transferred off to the United States Postal Service (USPS) once it lands in the USA. 
  • For all International orders we ship with any of the following carriers: Canada Post, Canpar, DHL, FedEx, Purolator & UPS. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive? 

  • Canada: Delivers up to 2 business days from the dispatch date.
  • United States: Delivers up to 7 business days from the dispatch date.
  • International: Delivers up to 10 business days from the dispatch date. 
  • Both USA & International orders can be further delayed by customs and the USPS. These delays are beyond our control and we are unable to supply any detailed information on why or how long your parcel may be delayed. However, we do supply a tracking number with each order, so you are able to track your order and receive updates with the carrier. 

How much is shipping? 

  • For all orders that are shipping within Canada, we charge a rate of $20.00 CAD. 
  • For all orders that are shipping to the United States, we charge a rate of $30.00 CAD.  
  • For all orders that are shipping Internationally, we charge a rate of $50.00 CAD. 

Will I be charged duties & taxes? 

  • Canada: Taxes are applied at check-out according to the province of the shipping address provided.
  • United States: Taxes are applied at check-out according to the state of the shipping address provided. 
  • For all international orders there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for, all orders are declared at their full purchase value. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Please keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? 

  • Yes, we do!
  • We ask that you please allow additional time for orders shipped to P.O. box addresses and rural postal codes. 
  • Please ensure that you have specified the P.O. Box # in your shipping details at checkout. 

Do you ship via Registered Mail? 

  • Yes, we do!
  • All packages shipped via Registered Mail do require a signature upon delivery, there is no way to remove the signature option at delivery. 
  • If you are unable to sign for your package, please do let us know as we are happy to accommodate an alternative shipping method.
